OUR PRE-ORDER PROMISE

At SoftSujud, our pre-order programme exists for one purpose: to make our products genuinely accessible. By opening pre-orders ahead of our restock, we are able to offer our prayer mats at a reduced sale price — passing our savings directly on to you, before stock becomes limited.

We believe that quality should not be exclusive, and our pre-order pricing reflects that commitment. In exchange, we ask for a degree of patience and understanding regarding delivery timelines — which this policy outlines in full.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

All estimated delivery windows are projections based on our current supply chain, stock schedules, and fulfilment data. They are not guaranteed dates. Please read the following carefully.

February 28th Restock — What This Means For You

Our February 28th restock date is a key milestone in our fulfilment schedule. Your estimated shipping window is determined by whether your pre-order was placed before or after this date.

Pre-Orders Placed Before 28 February

  • Your order is prioritised within our first fulfilment batch.
  • Estimated dispatch: Early March.
  • Estimated delivery: Mid to Late March.

Pre-Orders Placed After 28 February

  • Your order will be processed within our secondary fulfilment batch.
  • Estimated dispatch: Early March.
  • Estimated delivery: Late March.

RAMADAN DELIVERY — IMPORTANT NOTICE

We want to be completely transparent with you: SoftSujud does not guarantee delivery within Ramadan for pre-orders.

The majority of pre-orders are expected to arrive during mid-to-late Ramadan, and many customers will receive their orders in time to benefit from them during the holy month. However, this is an estimation based on typical lead times — not a binding commitment.

If receiving your order during Ramadan is essential to you, we strongly recommend purchasing in-stock items where available, rather than placing a pre-order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

By completing a pre-order with SoftSujud, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • All delivery dates communicated are estimates only. They are not guarantees and are subject to change.
  • SoftSujud shall not be held liable for any losses, inconveniences, or damages arising from a delay in delivery beyond an estimated date.
  • Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: international shipping disruptions, carrier delays, customs processing, stock availability, or force majeure events.
  • Estimated delivery windows may be subject to slight variance. We strive to be as precise as possible in our communications and will always notify you of any significant changes to your order status.
  • Placement of a pre-order constitutes your full acceptance of this policy and its terms.

While we cannot control every variable in the supply chain, we take our responsibility to you seriously. We will:

  • Communicate proactively if your order is subject to a meaningful delay.
  • Provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
