Free Gift Items

We occasionally offer free gift items as part of promotions or special offers. These free gift items are provided as a bonus and are subject to availability. Please note that free gift items are offered at our discretion and do not constitute a contractual obligation on our part.

Free gift items are typically provided on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to fulfill all free gift orders, there may be instances where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from doing so. In such cases, we reserve the right to either exclude the free gift item from the order or ship it separately at a later date.

It's important to understand that the availability of free gift items is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand and inventory levels. We cannot be held liable for any failure to ship free gift items that customers have not paid for separately.

Sending a Gift

We make it easy to send Soft Sujud prayer mats as gifts. During checkout, simply add the recipient's shipping address and we'll send your gift directly to them.

Gift Messages

Want to include a personal note? Add your gift message in the "Order Notes" section at checkout and we'll include it with the package.

Gift Receipts

All gifts are shipped without pricing information. If you'd like us to include a gift receipt (without prices), just mention it in your order notes and we'll take care of it.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but all our prayer mats arrive in beautiful packaging that's ready to give.

Returns & Exchanges for Gifts

If the recipient needs to return or exchange a gift, they can follow our standard return policy. We'll issue store credit or process an exchange - just have them contact us at support@softsujud.com with the order number.
